With the Field Reports search bar you can quickly search for:

Select your project and navigate to the Field Reports page, locate and select the grid Search Bar.
Begin typing your search criteria, the grid will automatically filter your Search results for your reports.
In the example above, I searched service director, the grid narrowed the search results to one report. After opening the report, you'll see that the service director was mentioned in the Remarks of the Daily Construction Report.
Sorting Field Reports
Use the grid column headers to sort Field Reports from the Field Reports page.
Select a column header to change the display sorting of your reports in the grid.
Filtering Field Reports
From the Field Reports page, select the Filter button.
Filter by Report Type, Created By, Report Date range, and Status.
Select the Filter button.
Your filtered results will now display in the grid.
